The Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) has announced its new Board of Directors, to serve through 2010. Its three new directors are: Manuela Fletcher – Andrew Fletcher Consulting of New Zealand Susan Thornhill – Thornhill Associates of Hermosa Beach, California Foster Winter – Sigma: Research Management Group of Cincinnati. These directors will join the existing board members, who include: President Chris Kann – CSK Marketing of Racine, Wisconsin Vice President Abby Leafe – Customer Strategy Consulting of Princeton, New Jersey Treasurer Nancy Hardwick – Hardwick Research of Mercer Island, Washington Director Ilka Kuhagen – IKM of Germany Director Nancy Ulrich – Ulrich Research Services of Jacksonville, Florida Director (former President) Sharon Livingston – The Livingston Group of Londonderry, New Hampshire. The QRCA is a not-for profit organization that promotes excellence in all aspects of qualitative research. The Association offers access to nearly 1,000 qualitative research consultants throughout the world, including focus group moderators, facilitators, interviewers and planners in many types of qualitative research.
