In London, consumer MR specialist Drummond Madell has hired Richard Brown and Carl Sarney for its Qualitative department, and Amy McLellan and Elise Hamer for its field teams.
Brown previously worked at Hall and Partners, while Sarney joins from Colmar Brunton in New Zealand, where he worked as a qualitative researcher for four years. The pair will now work with some of the agency’s key clients, as well as on ad hoc projects.
Quant Senior Consultant Tom Channing says of McLellan, who joins from Viewpoint Field: ‘While much of our quantitative offer is moving to online, we still see growth in face-to-face fieldwork and Amy's knowledge and experience will prove invaluable in our future plans.’
Hamer joins to run the firm’s in-house viewing facility. Senior Partner Monique Drummond comments: ‘Elise's filming expertise will be utilised in our qualitative presentations in the future.’
Chiswick-based Drummond Madell also has offices in Paris from which it conducts both qual and quant research in areas such as brand and advertising tracking, brand positioning, new product development and advertising and communications development.
