In the UK, online and panels specialist Research Now has appointed Miles Worne to the newly created role of Managing Director, Business Development, and Konstanze Just to lead its global corporate marketing team.

Worne most recently worked at Cadbury where he held a number of strategic and operational roles. Prior to this, he was a Strategy Consultant at Bain and worked in brand management roles at Cereal Partners. He has an MBA from Columbia.

In his new role, Worne will be responsible for global panels, marketing, new product development and launching the firm’s new B2B proposition.

Just has more than 15 years’ marketing experience, having previously held senior marketing posts in the IT industry and worked for nine years for American Express in pan-European and global strategic marketing positions. She has an MA from Munich University.

Her new role involves managing the firm’s marketing and branding activities in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

CEO Chris Havemann comments: ‘Miles and Konstanze are a great addition to our team. They bring extensive experience and we look forward to their contribution to our business globally.’

Research Now is currently predicting that first half revenues will rise 23% to £23.5m (2008: £19.1m), ahead of its interim results which are due out in July.
