US-based online market research panel provider e-Rewards has appointed former YouGovCentaur MD Alki Manias as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Europe, based in London. Manias joins with more than 20 years’ sales and business experience. While at YouGovCentaur he developed multiple panel communities, offering services such as omnibus studies and custom research sample, for other research companies. Prior to this, he was SVP Global Business Development at GfK NOP Roper Consulting, and MD UK and European VP at NetValue. His client side experience includes founding online recruitment site taps.com, and holding product management roles at The London Stock Exchange and AT&T. Manias has a degree in Economics and an MBA from Aston University. ‘Alki is a key addition to our European team,’ said Craig Stevens, EVP of e-Rewards Market Research. ‘As a veteran of the market research industry, he brings a consultative approach to understanding the challenges and needs of market researchers.’ Launched in 1999, e-Rewards’ opinion panels enable research firms to interact with real consumers and business decision-makers.
