Ivor has personal oversight of all Field & Fab projects from project design through to reporting.
Having kicked off his career with 5 years learning all about top quality data collection as an interviewer, supervisor and centre manager in one of NOP’s CATI units, he then spent more than a decade as a client-facing researcher, as an Associate Director responsible for international major projects and then a team-leading Director primarily in the public sector.
As well as understanding operations inside out, he knows exactly what clients expect at the end of projects, and how it feels to stand in front of an audience presenting results and justifying methodologies.
Fields of research include political opinion polls, media, brand tracking, financial, telecommunications, lifestyle, medical, transport, internet and retail. He believes in maintaining an ongoing dialogue with clients to ensure that all parties are comfortable with the approach being taken throughout the process.
