Paul Griffiths - Commercial Director at Simpson Carpenter
Paul has a roving brief, covering client liaison and research delivery across a range of sectors. He has a fascination with improving the financial performance of his clients’ businesses and is dedicated to making sure research is designed with that in mind; he also believes after ten years’ experience in both B2C and B2B research that if you uncover the emotional drivers that power decisions, you can maximise your marketing impact.
Paul joined Simpson Carpenter from TNS UK where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles, including Director of Change Management, Head of the Financial Services practice, Commercial Director for the Consumer sector, Director in the Technology Sector and Aide de Camp to the Global Chief Executive. Prior to TNS, Paul completed an MBA. He started his career on the client-side at Lloyd’s of London, the global insurance market.
When not worrying about his clients’ profits, Paul spends his time fell-walking (in the ever-decreasing hope that it will keep him fit),watching rugby from his sofa, building Lego spaceships for his two boys and drinking red wine - he tries not to do all of them at once.
