In the UK, online market research agency MetrixLab has appointed Keith Glasspoole as Managing Consultant and Andy Pang as Senior Account Consultant, to spearhead the expansion of its Media & Advertising unit.
Since 2003, Glasspoole has worked as a Director at Ipsos MORI, latterly as Head of Brand Tracking at Ipsos ASI. He has a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Bristol.
For the three years before joining, Pang was Head of Market Research at outdoor ad specialist Clear Channel. Before this, he was Head of Ad Marketing at the National Magazine Company, Marketing Executive at Gruner and Jahr, and a Researcher at EMAP Communications. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Plymouth.
Commercial Director Roy Patel commented: ‘These appointments show we are committed to building a UK business that has great people who share our vision of consumer interaction through the Internet.’
Headquartered in the Netherlands, with operations in London, Hamburg, Paris and Madrid, MetrixLab provides online services such as cross-media campaign tracking; ad pre-testing; consumer communities; and web site user testing and customer satisfaction research.
Last year, the firm developed a new eye-tracking technique to measure how people look at entire web sites.
