Millward Brown has announced the launch of a new structure for its Europe business, merging the UK/Ireland and Continental Europe regions. Seven Directors are named for a new European Board.
The new region will be managed by a team of partners with accountability for a specific practice area, and sharing overall responsibility for the firm's European business. The reorganization aims 'to put everyone, including senior management, closer to clients, to build stronger local businesses and to create a more adaptable organization.'
The move divides Europe geographically as follows: a Southern European Region consisting of Portugal, Spain and Italy; a North Western European Region including France, Germany, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Sweden; and a Central and Eastern European Region comprising Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
