Indian Measurement Deal for Nielsen

Nielsen has announced a collaboration with Indian media and entertainment company JioStar, to provide advanced analytics solutions for campaign measurement on its OTT platform JioHotstar.

Arnaud FradeJioHotStar provides movies, live sports, kids and family shows, live TV channels and others via Android, iOS, CTV and the web. The deal has been struck in advance of the start of the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, the world's highest profile national cricket league, with a vast, fanatical following in the country.

Nielsen will deploy Nielsen ONE Ads and the newly developed Volumetric and Reach Analysis on the JioHotstar Platform to provide insights into viewing and ad performance, with metrics accessible through the Nielsen ONE dashboard and including impressions, clicks, campaign reach and on-target reach.
