MarketTools-owned DIY survey brand Zoomerang has released an upgraded version of its software, Zoomerang Enterprise, offering improved management and sharing of online surveys.
Zoomerang says enterprises suffer from the use of too many different online survey tools, causing problems with 'transparency, scalability, security and cost'. The new version is focused around sharing and collaborating, including a complete survey questionnaire and results library, management dashboard and robust search capability, all accessed via a centralized work area that enables an employee in one department to see if someone from another team has already created a similar survey.
Zoomerang Enterprise is bundled with the firm's Premium subscription at no additional cost. The company says it also creates a gateway to MarketTools' own online research platform. Zoomerang VP Dave Deasy says the new version enables individuals to quickly create surveys and collaborate with colleagues while enabling managers to monitor and control survey activity, adding: 'This was the most requested feature by our customers, and we are excited to make it available.'
MarketTools, which has its corporate headquarters in San Francisco and European HQ in London, claims over 70 of the Fortune 100 companies are Zoomerang users. Web sites are at www.zoomerang.com and www.markettools.com .
