Sale for Online Radio Tracker Ando

Online audience measurement and ad services firm Ando Media has been acquired by Triton Digital, which provides digital applications, services and content for radio broadcasters. Terms were not disclosed.

Triton last month acquired loyalty marketer Enticent, while Ando announced a merger with Spacial Audio as recently as August. Last week, Ando said it is seeking Media Rating Council accreditation for its Internet radio ratings.
