Maven Launches Professional Services Relationship Tool

The new CSM Pro focuses on customers' expectations regarding their professional service providers, and measures these long-term business partnerships.

It is compatible with all types of data collection methods including face-to-face, telephone and online research, and data and reporting solutions can be provided online and are branded to the client's specification.

Reports are available within 24 hours from completion of interview and have an 'early warning' system to highlight any areas of customer dissatisfaction.
