UK agency Leapfrog Research & Planning has restructured to create three distinct business areas and reorganised its senior management team to oversee the changes, which are designed to optimize growth and client service.
Sarah Buckle has been promoted to the post of Client Services Director, responsible for all client management and marketing. She joined the firm in 2008 from Volvo, where she was Head of Marketing and Market Research. During her career, she also worked at Scottish Courage and Mars, as well as at a number of research agencies.
Under the new structure, separate teams will manage the agency's portfolio of clients across health and well being, retail and brand, and communications and media. Each division will have its own dedicated Board Director:
