Marcoms agency MDC Partners has formed a Consumer Insights Group, to develop data and analytics capabilities for use by MDC companies wishing to analyze clients' integrated digital and multi-channel media campaigns.
The new group will be led by Chris McDonald, who previously served as EVP and GM of former DoubleClick firm Abacus. Most recently, he worked as President of media and communications industry agency Pluris Marketing.
'Incorporating data, analytics and technology will allow our companies to derive deep consumer insights to help clients better target and measure marketing programs across multiple channels of engagement,' stated Chairman and CEO Miles Nadal.
The firm has offices in Toronto, Canada and New York, US.
