Online panel firm Toluna has rolled out its self-service tool 'Toluna QuickSurveys' in the US, to enable organizations to create their own surveys which can then be launched live to the firm's online panel of 3.7 million consumer and business professionals.
The tool was introduced in 2008 to provide clients with the ability to run short, targeted surveys.
When a survey is created, it automatically appears live on targeted areas of the firm's global community site, where members interact and poll each other on a broad range of topics.
The tool can supply a nationally representative view of a survey's results via a weighting process based on age, gender, and region. It also claims to be able to provide up to 2,000 responses within hours.
Toluna QuickSurveys is now available in eight countries worldwide: the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, the USA and Canada.
'I am thrilled to announce the launch of this product in North America,' said founder and CEO Frederic-Charles Petit. 'QuickSurveys are fast, easy, affordable and accessible by all, and provide customers with a fast, accurate and inexpensive service at a time when marketing budgets are coming under intense scrutiny.'
