McCallum Layton Debuts Integrated Online Offer

UK MR firm McCallum Layton has launched a new online service that provides a fully integrated research and insight management solution comprised of quant and qual techniques, together with a secure project management portal, The Hub.

Under the umbrella of e-qual, the firm will provide a variety of online qualitative research techniques including focus groups, bulletin boards and bespoke web communities, while e-quant brings clients web-based and email-based surveys, online data analysis tools and reporting.

The Hub enables clients to access their projects from anywhere in the world via a secure login.

According to Duncan McCallum, Founding Partner, the new service will help clients manage and disseminate their findings with greater speed and efficiency, in addition to getting superior insights in the first place. The company has provided online services before but McCallum says the offering is now 'greatly enhanced'.
