In the US, Harris Interactive has hired industry veteran Jeni Lee Chapman as Executive Vice President, Global Brand and Communication Consulting.Chapman joins with nearly 18 years' market research and client management experience. She previously served as EVP at Perception Research Services, with responsibilities for account management and marketing. For 12 years prior to this she worked for TNS, where she held several senior leadership positions in the brand and communication areas. Latterly, she was EVP for the TNS Brand Practice, in charge of a team of more than 100 employees.
Before this, Chapman served at NFO as VP, International Research Champion North America, building the advertising and brand communications area with an initial focus on generating multi-country business with existing US clients.
In her new role, she will oversee Harris Interactive's global brand and marketing communications consulting, working to refine a product portfolio in brand strategy, communication development/testing, and tracking, worldwide. She will report to George Terhanian, President of Global Solutions.
'Jeni is an impressive thought leader with a demonstrated understanding of the implications of the changing media landscape on brand and communications research,' stated Terhanian. 'I am confident that her proven market research and general management skills will contribute to the future success of Harris Interactive.'
