OnePoint Surveys Opens in New York

UK-based mobile research technology firm OnePoint Surveys has opened its first international office in Madison Avenue, New York and has plans to open two more international offices during the year.

OnePoint offers solutions for the creation of mobile surveys which support multimedia content, as well as the recruitment and profiling of mobile communities and panels.

The firm claims its survey platform enables research to be conducted across 193 countries via multiple mobile channels including SMS, WAP, mobile web sites, and any type of mobile phone handset.

CEO Neil Jessop says the opening of the new office signifies the next stage of OnePoints global expansion, following an increase in revenue of 280% in 2009, compared with 2008.

'With our scalable mobile research platform we are well positioned to meet the significant increase in demand that we are seeing month on month,' said Jessop.
