Research Panel Asia's newly established Korean subsidiary is up and running, with the official launch of its 'Panel Now' service site.
Research Panel Asia (RPA) established Research Panel Korea Inc. (RPK) earlier this month with the aim of recruiting a proprietary local panel of 100,000 people within its first year. The site is at www.panelnow.co.kr .
Korea is rated as prime territory for panels, with one of Asia's highest Internet penetration rates (above 80%) and an advanced economy, and its addition gives RPA coverage of the top three Asian MR markets, along with China and Japan - RPA describes it as 'a significant step for our company to be a one-stop regional panel supplier for Asia'.
The firm has an agreement with Interpark, at 14 million members one of the largest online shopping malls in Korea. RPK will offer respondents from 100 to 3,000 'Panel Now Points' for participation, convertible either into cash or to Interpark's own I-Points.
The parent company is online at www.researchpanelasia.com .
