Cint Promotes Hughes for UK MD Role

In the UK, sample marketplace firm Cint has promoted former Sales Director Stephen Hughes to the position of UK Managing Director.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Cint has offices across Europe and the US and provides clients with access to tens of thousands of individuals via its Panel Exchange sample marketplace.

Hughes' move follows the promotion of UK MD Richard Thornton to the role of Global Sales Director in December.

Hughes joined Cint last April from research software developer CfMC where he was EU Commercial Director. Prior to this, he was Marketing Manager for UK market research association the BMRA.

In addition to his role at Cint, Hughes is also an active Board member of market research industry networking group The Research Club.

'Stephen has been a major reason as to why Cint has been so successful in the UK and his drive, energy and excellent network of industry contacts has enabled us to acquire a significant number of new accounts,' stated Thornton. 'Under Stephen's guidance, the UK office is in experienced hands, underpinned by a strong client services team.'

Cint has also appointed Kasey Gage as Sales Support Manager, following a two year stint working as a Client Development Executive at Research Now.
