In the US, real-time analytics firm Truviso has unveiled a solution designed to track and gain insight into the behaviour of individual web site visitors, and generate additional revenue from existing customers.
Truviso's new Visitor Insight & Analytics software has been built to measure and track individual visitors and their on and off-site behaviors. The approach provides users with information about customer activities and interactions with the brand over time, and across channels and devices. In turn, the firm says it enables companies to understand and cater to their audiences, refine and personalize each visitor's experience, build deeper relationships and increase revenue.
Visitor Insight's analytics engine can process large amounts of data from multiple sources in real-time, and immediately deliver correlated analysis into customizable visual dashboards which can be accessed from any standard web browser.
