Kinesis Unveils Survey Monitoring App

US survey software and panel management specialist Kinesis Survey Technologies has launched an application to enable market researchers to monitor projects through touchscreen mobile phones.

Headquartered in Austin, TX, Kinesis offers products for both the market research industry and enterprise business organizations. The firm recently partnered with interactive voice response (IVR) specialist CMS Research, to add an alternative audio-only survey response mechanism to the Kinesis Survey™ web/wireless survey solution.

The new tool provides users with real-time status information for all survey projects and quotas. It also enables users to activate/deactivate surveys, adjust quotas, and program e-mail alerts. The application is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPad, and any Google Android-based devices.
