In the US, Collective Intellect has unveiled a new tool, the Social CRM Insight platform. The web-based package performs automated real-time text mining and analytics of social, traditional and corporate media.
The tool allows open-ended analysis by identifying key themes and terms as well as understanding causation and correlation; and closed-end analysis to quantify consumer preferences and sentiment on preset or customized classifications.
The two contituent modules, CI-Listen and CI-Insight, both use the firm's Semantic Analytics Engine (CI-SAE), which has gathered and 'scrubbed' over 2 billion conversations over the last 12 months. CI-Listen enables real-time 24x7 monitoring and alert based emails, while CI-Insight gives multi-dimensional analysis, blended qual and quant analysis, demographics and psychographics, and allows users to drill down rapidly into the data.
CEO and Co-Founder Don Springer says the company focused on creating a best-in-class tool for deep analysis. He comments: 'Many organizations will have already developed or invested in the other point tools necessary to create a Social CRM solution... adding a text mining and analytical tool like Collective Intellect Social CRM Insight Platform should be seamless.'
Collective Intellect is privately held with headquarters in Boulder, CO and is online at www.collectiveintellect.com .
