Research Now has opened an office in Milan to provide its 'greatly expanded' base of Italian clients with skilled local account management. Client Development Manager Robinson Leoni will head up the office.
Leoni worked previously at Ipsos and is described by MD Europe Phil Rance as 'an experienced and market-savvy specialist'. Rance says the new office is 'essential' for the company: 'As online market research continues to gather momentum in Italy, we believe it is beneficial to both our clients and our panelists to have a strong 'on the ground' presence in the markets we reach.'
The new office is located in the heart of Milan, less than five minutes from the Duomo, and near to the historic 'Colonne di San Lorenzo'.
Research Now, which was acquired by e-Rewards in December last year now has 22 offices around the globe, and operates opinion panels in 37 countries. Two weeks ago, e-Rewards announced that it was adopting the Research Now name for its research business worldwide with immediate effect, and is introducing a new corporate identity.
