US-based survey and panel management software firm Kinesis Survey Technologies has added built-in Google Analytics support to its flagship platform.
Headquartered in Austin, TX, Kinesis offers survey products for both mobile and web-based market research, used by MR providers and clients worldwide.
Its Kinesis Survey solution enables the programming and execution of web surveys and mobile surveys, with real-time reporting tools. Last year, the firm partnered with interactive voice response (IVR) specialist CMS Research, to add an alternative audio-only survey response mechanism.
With the addition of Google Analytics web tracking metrics to the tool's reporting capabilities, the firm says users can now track survey respondent activity by each survey URL for all projects. These metrics include page views, traffic sources, geographic locations, unique visitors, device types, operating systems and more.
Resulting data can be utilized to refine recruitment, sampling, quota management and survey design strategies, as well as to measure survey traffic over time.
