US-based data collection specialist Opinionology, formerly known as Western Wats, has launched new panels in Italy and Spain, adding to its existing European panel inventory in the UK, France and Germany.
The newly renamed company provides online, telephone, and mobile survey research data collection services, while also maintaining panels in the US and Europe, and a network of telephone interviewing centers.
The company operates from the US, Canada, and the Philippines, and employs thousands of staff worldwide.
Opinionology's North American panels use MarketTools' TrueSample validation, and the new panels in Italy and Spain use the same recruiting techniques, member profiling, contact frequency and quality control measures.
