Research software company Confirmit has announced record revenues for 2010, with double-digit organic growth leading to fourth quarter revenue of US$16m.
Confirmit's services cover feedback and data collection, panel management, data processing, analysis and reporting. 2010 saw rapid growth in its largest accounts, including an average 31% rise in revenue from its top ten customers; and was its eighth consecutive profitable year, with positive cash flow and zero debt.
In Q4, the firm's Feedback Management business grew 36% versus a year earlier, helped by a new US$2m annual software license agreement with a Fortune 500 company; and its Market Research business grew by just under 20%.
The period also saw the launch of Version 15 of Confirmit Horizons, which features the highly customisable Confirmit Flex.
According to Henning Hansen, President and CEO, the 'dramatic' 76% increase in Confirmit's multi-year contracts in 2010 shows that customers see the firm as a long-term technology partner. He comments: 'We take that responsibility very seriously and look forward to exceeding expectations in 2011 and beyond.'
The Oslo-based company has more than 250 employees, with offices in the UK (Guildford and London); Russia (Moscow and Yaroslavl); and in the US, New York and San Francisco; plus partner resellers elsewhere in Europe and Asia Pacific.
