B2B International has reported 2010 revenue up to £3.8m from £3.5m in 2009, driven by its US subsidiary which saw 58% year-on-year growth during the period. The company's UK/mainland Europe operation grew 8%.
The firm specialises in providing B2B market research and intelligence studies, including market assessment and market entry, segmentation, product development, branding, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction research, pricing strategy and ad studies.
In addition to its Head Office in Manchester, UK, the company has subsidiaries in Beijing and New York as well as sales offices in London and Shanghai, and an affiliate office in Moscow.
The firm grew at a similar rate in 2009, with a 10% increase in turnover resulting partly from 'huge interest' in its Chinese and wider Asian offering.
Finance Director Matthew Harrison says the 2010 results are a reflection of the company's increase in size since the end of 2006, its 'aggressive strategy' of international expansion, and an increased spend on marketing.
'The ability to serve clients and conduct research throughout the world is critical to any research business,' adds MD Nick Hague (pictured). 'Almost three quarters of the work we do is now international as opposed to country-specific.'
