Canadian Voice-of-Customer (VoC) analytics specialist iPerceptions has reported a 7% rise in Q4 revenue to $1.29m, and a 69% drop in operating loss to $163k.
In November, iPerceptions reported a 5% year-on-year climb in third quarter revenue to $1.26m and cut its operating loss by 83%.
For the 2010 fiscal year, revenue was up 5% to $5.06m from $4.84m in 2009, and gross margin as a percentage of revenue was 64% in 2010, compared to 60% in 2009.
In Q4 2010, iPerceptions won several high-profile contracts for its webValidator product, and expanded its free 4Q survey suite of online analytics tools, which analyze individual customer experiences based on the combination of VoC and Google Analytics data.
