London-based online research software and services provider Dub has opened its first US office in Los Angeles, to support existing clients in the North and South American markets.
Founded in 2006 by Stephen Cribbett and Tom Watts, Dub provides online research communities (MROCs), ad hoc online qual and knowledge management solutions to its market research agency clients.
Kerry Hecht (pictured) - formerly of Hall & Partners, Added Value Burke, and M/A/R/C - will head the new office, bringing with her expertise in online qualitative methodologies as well as recruitment and project management.
Cribbett comments: 'At a time when the number of software vendors is increasing, Dub continues to achieve cut-through with its range of intuitive online qual and collaboration solutions. Our global clients are increasing demand and we have tailored our support to meet their needs in all markets, the US being one of the most important.'
