Firefish Hires Ten

London-based consumer research agency Firefish has appointed ten new members of staff - including three execs from Rosenblatt Research - bringing the total number of employees to 48.
Established in 2000, Firefish offers both qual and quant services. Earlier this month, the firm launched a specialist children and families research consultancy called 'The Pineapple Lounge'.
Firefish's new hires are:
- Josie Walden (pictured), Qual Director - who joins from Rosenblatt, before which, she worked at Needscope International in Auckland and at Millward Brown Lansdowne in Dublin.
- Sara Jones, Quant Associate Director, who most recently worked for YouGov, and before this in the consumer division at Research International.
- Mauricio Silveyra, Research Manager, who recently worked at Flamingo in the firm's San Francisco and London offices, managing a wide range of global projects for technology, gaming and drinks brands.
- Katie Holt, Research Manager, who joins from Truth Consulting, before which she worked in design research.
- Rory O'Rourke, Research Manager. O'Rourke joins from Rosenblatt, where he led projects with an emphasis on strategic brand planning, creative development and consumer behaviour.
- Laura Pamment, Senior Research Executive, who most recently worked at Rosenblatt, specialising in FMCG.
- Kaori Yamamoto, Research Executive, who previously held roles in conference production and journalism.
- Greg Jacobs, who joins as a Research Executive after graduating from Sussex University where he studied Art History.
- Stevie McMinn, Research Executive - a graduate from the University of Nottingham with a degree in History and American Studies.
- Nelise Doornenbal, Research Executive - who previously studied Integrated Communication Management in Holland.
