US-based product innovation technology firm Affinnova is more than a third of the way through creating 105 new jobs, to add to the 40 new staff it has already recruited this year, mainly in its Massachusetts headquarters.
Affinnova's patented technology identifies the concepts with the greatest market potential from a range of options. Once identified, top concepts are then measured against relevant benchmark and competitor concepts based on consumer preference.
Last month, the firmhired former Forrester Research analyst Tamara Barber for its newly created role of Senior Director of Strategic Marketing.
The firm has already filled a number of other posts this year for software developers, research directors and business development executives, and has current openings for a further 35 staff immediately. In addition, it will add 30 new jobs in 2012.
Most of the new roles will be at its HQ, with additional new hires in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Affinnova's international offices. The investment is being funded from profits as the organization's revenue grew 50% from 2009 to 2010.
'We recruit only the most talented people across many critical disciplines, including business development, client services, engineering and marketing,' states President and CEO Waleed Al-Atraqchi. 'We work hard, have fun, and value each others' contributions toward our common purpose - maximizing the success of our clients.'
