London-based co-creation agency Promise Group has appointed former FreshMinds Head of Consumer Research Phil Burgess as Consultancy Director for its Promise Communities division.
Founded in 2003, the company builds and manages online communities of customers, staff, stakeholders and experts to generate insights and co-create solutions and innovations. The firm has more than 40 staff in its London and Washington DC offices.
Last month, Promise appointed two new Executive Directors, Richard Bowden-Doyle and Ed Herten, to work with the company both in the UK and the US.
Burgess joins from FreshMinds, where he had worked since 2006 - initially as a Research Consultant in the Consumer/Retail Team, before being promoted to the post of Head of Consumer Research last year, a role which included business development, key account management, and leading the internal development of social media analysis and research community propositions. Prior to this, he ran his own business in the US.
Promise Communities Director and company founder Doron Meyassed comments: 'Phil has an impressive record of achievement, from profound creative thought to practical hands-on implementation.'
