The firm opened the London office in December, to serve clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ladva joins with more than 20 years' market research experience, gained in the Middle East and APAC. Most recently he ran his own company, MR Strategic and Project Management Consultancy. Prior to this, he served as Client Service Director, Central Eastern Europe and Middle East (CEEME) at Synovate, based in Dubai. Earlier in his career, he held senior research roles with Synovate UK and worked as Head of Automotive Research at Synovate Thailand. He also held senior roles at Maritz Research and International Research Consultants, and spent a year as Research Manager (GCI) - Asia Pacific Africa at Ford Motors.
MD EMEA Michael Fodor comments: 'Nitin brings exceptional multi-country project management, team leadership and business development skills to Radius. His experience on the client side - with research suppliers, advertising, media buying and PR agencies, as well as media publishers - will be invaluable in helping us to take Radius' EMEA business to the next step in our development.'
