Senior Hires for Infogroup

Information services giant Infogroup has named digital marketing veteran Michael Iaccarino as its new Chairman; Christian Ward as SVP for Data Strategy, Analytics & Capabilities; and Dana Hayman as VP for Marketing Strategy and Insights.

Iaccarino joined Infogroup's owner, private equity company CCMP Capital Advisors, only last week, in the role of Executive Adviser and Operating Executive. For the previous two years he was President and CEO of mobile technology company Mobile Messenger, and prior to that spent eight years as CEO of database marketing company Epsilon. He succeeds Richard Zannino, CCMP's MD, in his new role; Zannino remains a board member.

Ward will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's high-value data and data-as-a-service strategies, and reports to Chief Product Officer Gemma Postlethwaite. He joins from Thomson Reuters, where he was Global Head of Content Innovation, and previously founded two research and analytics companies, Jaywalk Incorporated and Ockham Research, both of which were acquired by larger corporations.

Hayman joins the company's Client Experience team and will work with clients to identify marketing opportunities and solutions, and help lead business development initiatives and the creation of new offerings. He joins from AbsolutData where he was General Manager and Senior Vice President of CRM Strategy and Analysis, and previously worked at database marketing firm ClickSquared, and in strategic consulting at Epsilon.

President and CEO Clare Hart says Ward and Hayman are 'talented industry veterans with deep expertise' while Postlethwaite comments: 'Christian and Dana will be valuable additions to our high-value data team and Client Experience organization... and will help us optimize the value of Infogroup's data assets and data as a service strategy.'
