Cail Returns to Ipsos to Head US Operations

In New York, Jeff Cail has returned to Ipsos to head US operations as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Cail re-joins the firm from Nielsen, where he was a senior executive with Nielsen Online and previously held senior roles in the BASES division. Before this, he was President of Ipsos' US qualitative arm, Ipsos Understanding UnLtd.

Based in Cincinnati, Cail will take overall responsibility for all strategic development, business and organizational growth, and execution of all aspects of the Ipsos business in the United States.
