UK agency Ci Research has launched Ci Nation, an online tool which offers clients a rapid means of communicating with their customers for continuous and ad hoc research, including online polls, discussion groups and live online chats.
The Wilmslow, Cheshire-based company has expertise in many sectors including public, financial services, retail, FMCG and b2b / industrial.
MD Colin Auton explains: 'Ci Nation provides clients with an opportunity to engage with relevant community members quickly and efficiently by creating an informal and ready-to-use sounding board for clients. In some recent research, Ci Research found that while 60% of respondents believe points and incentives are the best way to attract online panel and community membership, just over a quarter (26%) say that 'knowing you have helped to improve a product or service' is the best reward possible.
