Ci Debuts Online Community Offer

UK agency Ci Research has launched Ci Nation, an online tool which offers clients a rapid means of communicating with their customers for continuous and ad hoc research, including online polls, discussion groups and live online chats.

Having been built by researchers for researchers, it's a very exciting concept, and offers another way in which brands can easily place customer engagement at the very heart of their business strategy.'

In some recent research, Ci Research found that while 60% of respondents believe points and incentives are the best way to attract online panel and community membership, just over a quarter (26%) say that 'knowing you have helped to improve a product or service' is the best reward possible.
