US-based research technology firm MarketTools has integrated its Zoomerang DIY online survey and polling tools into its flagship CustomerSat tool.
MarketTools clients can now use Zoomerang to collect customer feedback, and import the survey results directly into CustomerSat for advanced analysis, reporting and action management. They can also share customer data across the enterprise by converting dashboards to PDFs which can be automatically e-mailed to a preferred distribution list.
Among other new benefits, the tool offers a new key metrics scorecard with color-coded heat maps of performance against company goals; and historical benchmarking data for comparison of performance metrics across departments, divisions, geographies and product lines.
