In the UK, telephone research specialist Facts International has expanded the capacity of its Ashford, Kent-based CATI call centre, increasing the number of seats to around 200 and introducing round-the-clock operations for large-scale international projects.
Established in 1985 and now part of Chime Communications, Facts International focuses on fieldwork/tabulation services, including face-to-face, online, postal, SMS and IVR data collection options plus street and mystery shopping work.
The telephone centre - known as the 'international communications centre' - has been expanded as a result of the firm wining a number of large scale tracking projects. Meanwhile a recruitment drive has seen the appointments of Nathan Bible and Dan Blackman as Research Executives, Emily Burn and Nicola Blythe as Insight Executives, and Julie Burden as Research Assistant. A number of new interviewers have also been added.
Crispin Beale, CEO of Facts International comments: 'I am delighted to announce this expansion of our facilities in our international communications centre. As one of the largest custom-designed communication centres in the country, Facts international is now able to offer even more research capabilities to our wide base of clients.'
