Voice of Customer (VoC) analytics specialist iPerceptions Inc. has announced results for the third quarter of 2011. Revenue is up 11% to $CAN 1.41m while operating loss is less than half the Q3 figure for the previous year, at $CAN 53,526.
Both developments continue trends from the last year, seen in results 6 months ago and a year ago. The firm, which last month added a sampling solution for mobile visitors to web sites, says it added 71 companies to its customer portfolio in the latest period.
President and CEO Claude Guay says many factors have contributed to the improvements, 'including renewing and acquiring enterprise clients and continuously bringing new products and solutions to the market.'
