ICM Boosts Field and Ops Strength

In the UK, Creston-owned ICM Group has strengthened its data collection and field services with the promotion of Neil Sykes to Operations Director in the UK, and Rebekah Joseph as Field Director at subsidiary Fieldwork UK.

Sykes has more than twenty years of data collection experience, the last eleven of them at ICM Direct - before this he worked at NOP and MORI.

Joseph will lead the team and the network of interviewers at the Group's face-to-face fieldwork business, as the Group launches a new CAPI offering to clients. She joins from Ipsos MORI where she spent fourteen years rising through the ranks, serving most recently as UK Field Director.
