Publicis comms division MSLGROUP has launched a global crowdsourcing platform called 'The People's Lab', through which members can share ideas and help clients with co-creation.
Through the lab, clients can build and cultivate public or private, web or mobile crowdsourcing platforms around four areas: expertise requests; innovation challenges; research and insights; and contest and activation.
The firm says its new tool offers an 'all-in-one solution' comprising a crowdsourcing platform that can work across multiple application areas; support including custom design and development; community management and content creation; and real-time access to its own insight + foresight team.
It also offers 'game-thinking' and social media analytics features, to help clients gain an understanding of issues relating to their businesses.
