In the US, Greenfield Online veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price have officially launched reInvention, a global sampling and data collection services firm founded last summer and promising 'a more human-to-human' approach to sample acquisition. A London office is planned soon.
Davis previously spent more than fifteen years at Greenfield Online, while Price was there for nearly a decade. Following the acquisition of the firm's Internet Survey Solutions division by Toluna in 2009, the pair became the latter's Chief Strategy Officer and President, North America respectively.
Through its offices in Westport, CT, Auburn, CA and New Delhi, India, the company offers a survey-taking platform called OneOpinion panel, designed to encourage panelists with multiple options for survey participation, including online, off-line and mobile.
Discussing the launch, Price explains: 'Our product offering is about giving researchers easy access to survey sample. Great technology enables us to provide a simplified process and deliver quality data at competitive prices, additionally our talented team provides guidance, answers questions, and ensures that projects are executed flawlessly.'
Former Greenfield Online Chairman Joel Mesznik, who has invested in the new firm, says he is 'extremely pleased' with the company's initial performance.
