Manchester, UK-based B2B International is gearing up for the April launch of a new consumer-focused agency called 'deep see', which aims to 'get to the bottom of what customers really think'.
B2B also has offices in London, Brussels, New York, Chicago, Beijing, Shanghai and Moscow. It also runs a specialist design, ad and marketing agency B2B Marcomms, providing clients with graphic design, branding, web design, direct mail and marketing support.
deep see will use this network of offices and researchers to offer a range of services such as customer journey mapping, ethnographic research, social media monitoring and segmentation. The agency will also provide web site benchmarking.
The new division will be led by Research Manager Matt Powell, who believes that deep see's tools are most effective when applied together as part of a wide research campaign.
B2B International's Chairman Nick Hague is a Director of the new firm, which is headquartered at the group's Euston, London offices.
Hague comments: 'deep see is another example of the diversification of B2B International, following 2011's launch of our specialist creative marketing communications and brand agency B2B Marcomms.'
