[x+1] Hires SymphonyIRI Veteran Bill Sears

In the US, online audience targeting firm [x+1] has appointed SymphonyIRI veteran Bill Sears for the new position of Vice President of Solution Architecture.

Sears joins after a sixteen-year career with retail analysis giant SymphonyIRI (formerly IRI), where for the last two years he served as VP, Technology, supporting the ongoing roll out and client adoption of the firm's Advantage Suite Solutions and its Liquid Data management platform. Earlier, he held product, client services, field solutions and project management roles with the firm.

In his new role, Sears will provide strategic consulting to [x+1] clients to help them build solutions using the company's technology. He will focus on both the CPG and automotive sectors.
