Andrew Wiseman has been promoted to the role of acting Managing Director of ICM Group, following the recent integration of its three companies - ICM Research, ICM Direct and Fieldwork UK - and the departure of ICM Group Chairman Justin Sampson.
Last month, ICM parent Creston reported that despite a 'good' third quarter in its Insight division, it is anticipating a decline in Q4 and is taking 'necessary actions' to align operating costs to the lower expected level of sales.
This has so far involved scrapping the role of ICM Group Chairman, and integrating its three companies under the ICM Group umbrella as part of a bid to reduce operating costs.
Wiseman (pictured) joined ICM Research in 2010 as a member of its Telecoms, Media and Technology team, having previously established the Leeds office for customer panel specialist Verve, and served as CEO of Optimisa. He began his career in Nielsen's global Advanced Analytics division, before becoming Director of Market Analytics at Nunwood.
Keith Bates, Chairman of Creston Insight, comments: 'With Andrew's leadership, ICM continues its heritage of doing great work for clients and attracting the best talent in the industry.'
