Vision Critical Hires Synovate's Wells for Asian Lead

Panel and research technology specialist Vision Critical has appointed former Synovate exec Bruce Wells as Managing Director and President of its operations in Asia, based in Hong Kong.

Wells joins after a ten-year career with Synovate and has twenty years' experience of working in Asia. Most recently, he served as Synovate's Global CEO Mystery Shopping, prior to which he was Global CEO of Retail and Channel Performance, responsible for the firm's suite of customer experience solutions; and served as Chief Information Officer. Earlier, he was MD Asia Pacific for start-up telecom solution provider ITS, and Technical Marketing Manager (Asia Pacific) for Motorola.
