In Surrey, UK, sampling and panel management software provider MARSC Ltd has announced an online community solution, which combines a panellist interface with a fully featured content management system.
MARSC's sample and panel tools are used for broad consumer research or for smaller panels dedicated to specific topics, and the sampling tool can also be used to manage surveys using other data collection methods including telephone research.
The new MARSC Community panel is aimed at client companies wishing to set up communities of their customers. The solution, based around the existing MARSC.net sampling tool, is fully customisable and scalable for small communities or large enterprise panels, and includes social media tools and options for multi-site management and multi-lingual content. The firm says it will enable users to recruit well-profiled target audiences and 'higher response rates, faster results and deeper insights'.
MD Nicky Forsyth says the tool is 'a cost-effective yet highly engaging method to conduct market research.'
