UK-based behavioral insights firm Beyond Analysis has opened an office in the US, led by Hunter Albright, who has been appointed CEO for North America and Global Head of Consulting.
Founded in 2007 by former dunnhumby directors Paul Alexander and William Beresford, Beyond Analysis uses transaction data to provide clients with a holistic view of their customers' lives. The company is headquartered in London, with Asia Pacific operations based in Sydney, Australia.
Last November, Visa Europe bought a minority stake in the firm, with the aim of strengthening its data analytics capabilities.
Albright (pictured) says the US expansion, which was driven by a client win in North America, will help clients in the US develop targeted loyalty programs. He joins with more than two decades of analytics expertise, gained in financial services sector commercial roles at Knowledge Network International (KNI), which he co-founded, HBOS Card Services and Barclaycard in the UK; and Partners First (formerly Wachovia Bank) and Providian in the US.
