In Australia, data-focused marketing technology provider Potentiate has appointed former Ipsos Australia director Horst Feldhaeuser as Head of Client Services.Potentiate was launched in 2010 by three Australian research and technology businesses: Infotools Australia, panel management and survey deployment specialist Plenari and online sample firm SampleWorx.
With offices in Sydney and Tokyo, the firm also offers access to affiliates specialising in media and communications strategy, organisational psychology and other areas.
Feldhaeuser joins with more than fourteen years' experience in market research, marketing and business consulting. Most recently, as Director Ipsos ASI, he was responsible for continuous and ad hoc brand, comms and ad research, Before this he was National Financial Services Director at Synovate in Sydney and Research Director at Synovate in Auckland, New Zealand. He is also a past President of the Market Research Society of New Zealand.
Potentiate says Feldhaeuser brings 'strong people management skills, proven relationship building skills and an extensive research background' to this newly created role, which highlights the firm's ongoing commitment to client service.
